Terms of Service
The short version. Clinical Pivot is a digital program. You get access the moment you pay, so all sales are final and there are no refunds. If you choose a payment plan you owe the full balance. We do not guarantee you a job.
Please read the rest before you enroll, and ask us anything on WhatsApp first.
1. Who you are contracting with
Clinical Pivot is operated by Squeeze Bounce Consulting Inc. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Squeeze Bounce Consulting Inc., and “you” means the person enrolling.

2. What you are buying
Enrollment in a Clinical Pivot cohort gives you:
- 7 weeks of live, instructor-led training on the published cohort dates
- 1:1 access to your instructor during the program
- Access to the Clinical Pivot study companion app
- Practical training work products and AI-integrated exercises
- Resume and LinkedIn positioning, and interview preparation
- 6 months of post-program accountability support after the live training ends — included only when tuition is paid in full
Cohort dates, times and seat numbers are stated on the cohort page at the time you enroll.
3. Payment
Tuition is C$4,000 CAD, paid in one payment. You may pay it:
- By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure hosted checkout page
- With Klarna, if you are paying from Canada and Klarna approves you — Klarna pays your tuition in full and you repay Klarna directly on their terms
- By Interac e-Transfer — message us for the details
Card payments are processed by Stripe on a hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card details. Payments appear on your statement as SQUEEZE BOUNCE.
If you pay through Klarna, your agreement for repayment is with Klarna, not with us. Klarna sets its own approval criteria, instalment amounts and any interest.
4. No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Clinical Pivot is a fully digital program. As soon as your payment clears you receive immediate access to the Clinical Pivot study companion app and to live coaching with your instructor. Because the full product is delivered to you straight away, tuition is non-refundable once payment is made — including if you later decide not to attend the live sessions, stop attending part-way through, or do not complete the work.
If you are not certain the program is right for you, message us on WhatsApp before you pay. We would far rather answer your questions than take a payment you regret.
Paying through Klarna
If you pay using Klarna, your tuition is settled in full immediately and your repayment agreement is with Klarna, not with us. Klarna sets its own approval criteria, instalment amounts and any interest.
5. No guarantee of employment
Clinical Pivot provides training, practical exercises, mentorship, career positioning and interview preparation. We do not guarantee employment, a specific job title, a salary, interviews, or placement with any employer.
Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your prior experience, qualifications, employer requirements, your location and the hiring market. Any results described by past participants are their own experiences and are not a promise of your results.
6. Your access
Your enrollment is personal to you. You may not share your login, recordings, materials or app access with anyone else. We may suspend or end access without refund if you share your access, disrupt sessions, or behave abusively toward the instructor or other participants.
7. Our materials
All Clinical Pivot course materials, slides, templates, trackers, recordings, prompts and app content remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own learning, your own portfolio and your own job search. You may not copy, resell, republish, or teach from them, or use them to build a competing program.
8. Changes to the schedule
We may occasionally need to move a session date or time. If we do, we will tell you as early as we can and make the content available to you another way. A rescheduled session is not grounds for a refund.
If a cohort does not run at all, we refund your tuition in full. We may offer you a place in the next cohort instead, and you are free to take the refund rather than the transfer. This is the only circumstance in which we refund tuition.
9. Liability
Clinical Pivot is education and career preparation. It is not medical, legal, regulatory or financial advice, and it does not certify or license you to perform any regulated role. You are responsible for how you use what you learn. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of tuition you paid.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
