Privacy Policy
The short version. We collect what we need to enroll you and teach you, we use it to run the program, and we do not sell it to anyone.
1. Who we are
Clinical Pivot is operated by Squeeze Bounce Consulting Inc. Contact us at training@squeezebounce.com or WhatsApp +1 780 881 2128.
2. What we collect
- When you inquire: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, current profession or background, the role you are interested in, and anything you write to us
- When you enroll: the same details, plus your billing country and the record of your payment
- While you study: your progress in the Clinical Pivot study companion app and the work you submit
We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own hosted checkout page.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your questions and tell you about the cohort you asked about
- To enroll you, give you app access and run the live sessions
- To give you 1:1 support, resume feedback and interview preparation
- To keep in touch during the 6 months of accountability support
- To keep records we are required to keep, such as payment records
4. Who else sees it
We use a small number of services to run Clinical Pivot, and they only receive what they need to do their part:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Netlify — hosting this website and receiving inquiry form submissions
- WhatsApp — the messages you choose to send us
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with employers, recruiters or advertisers. We will not publish your name or your story as a testimonial unless you have told us we may.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details while we are still talking to you and for a reasonable period after. We keep enrollment and payment records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email training@squeezebounce.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can stop receiving messages from us whenever you want — just tell us.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you enroll, Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages, which are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
